The Rural Housing Enabler’s are holding a review to identify if there is a need for affordable housing in the area and what type of houses local people need. Rural Housing Enablers (RHEs) are independent experts working in rural communities in Wales identifying housing and other needs supporting the delivery of homes for local people. Rural Housing Enablers (RHE) work with and on behalf of rural communities in many areas of Wales to address the shortage of affordable homes.
